We collect information you submit via intake forms (name, business name, email, project goals). When analytics are enabled, we collect aggregated usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location) to understand site performance.
We use your information to scope and deliver your website build, communicate updates, send invoices, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information with vendors that help us run the business (email, hosting, analytics, forms, invoicing). They are authorized to use it only to provide services to us.
Project files and site assets are stored in private repositories and secure cloud storage. Access is limited to the RigidhamLabs team and trusted contractors who need it for delivery, and we review access periodically.
We use analytics to understand traffic and improve the site. Depending on configuration, analytics may use cookies or cookieless measurement. If you add marketing pixels (Meta, Google Ads, etc.), we’ll recommend updating your consent and cookie disclosures accordingly.
We keep intake and project communications only as long as needed to deliver services and maintain records, then delete or anonymize when no longer necessary.
You can request access, corrections, or deletion of your information by contacting us.
